Our list for 2012 is full. However, we are considering manuscripts for our 2013 and 2014 lists. If your book meets the criteria below and you are an author living in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia or eastern Tennessee and have the willingness and drive to cooperate in editing and marketing your book, we're happy to review your manuscript.
Submission Guidlines
What we’re looking for in submissions:
We are a small independent publisher that releases three to six books a year, primarily of fiction and memoir focusing on the southeastern United States.
Marketing networks are vital in selling commercial quantities of any product, and books are no exception. Experience has taught us we are most successful in working with authors and novels in the Southeast: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Tennessee or Georgia where we can be in close contact with the author, and utilize our marketing and sales network.
Therefore we are not currently considering submissions of new novels unless the author and setting of the book is in these states. Story content must involve adventure, murder, mystery, humor, romance, or historical events.
We encourage authors who meet the above conditions, especially first time authors who plan a series, to submit a synopsis of their book’s story and a brief resume’ of their education and work-related background, particularly as related to your book’s content.
If your story is of interest to us, we will request the first five chapters of your book along with an outline of your marketing plan to assist us in determining if we will be able to market commercial quantities of your book.

·Preferred method to query is via email, sent to editor@ingallspublishinggroup.com. ·If applicable, please include a link to your Website. ·Initially send us a query letter with a synopsis maximum of 2 pages. ·We will request a manuscript if interested. ·Please do not send any manuscripts unless requested. ·Manuscripts should be typed and double-spaced. ·Clear photocopies are acceptable. ·CD formats are acceptable. ·Works of moderate length: 50,000 to 100,000 words.
